   Hello，everyone.We know it's important to stay healthy.I am glad to share my opinions with you.Firstly，I keep a balanced diet．I never eat junk food or sweet food．I eat more fruits and vegetables every day．I think they are good for my health．Secondly，I keep exercising one hour a day.I play basketball three or four times a week．I often go to the mountains on weekends．Regular exercise is an important part of keeping me healthy．Thirdly，I always go to bed early.To have enough sleep，I never stay up late at night．I usually sleep nine hours a day．Finally，it's  necessary to keep in a good mood.
All in all，only by eating properly ，exercising regularly，having enough sleep and keeping in a good mood can we keep our body at a proper weight and stay healthy．
