The Lantern Festival is celebrated on the fifteenth day of the first month of the lunar year.It is one of the biggest holidays in China.Several days before the Lantern Festival，people begin to make lanterns.Lanterns are made in the shapes of animals，vegetables，fruits and many other things.While making lanterns，people usually write riddles on lanterns.On the evening of the Lantern Festival，all the lanterns are hung up and people go outside to have a look at the lanterns and guess the riddles on them.There are also many other activities.
The reason why I like it best is that I can enjoy wonderful folk performances and the Dragon Dance.Above all，everything is very interesting and everyone is very happy.
