【答案】Many people think that it's not necessary to learn English because the English mark was reduced from 140 to 120.
I disagree with this point of view.I think English is always important.First of all，English，as an international language and tool，is widely used in many countries and areas.China is developing so fast that we have more chances to communicate with the rest of the world in English.What's more，it also helps us learn advanced technology abroad.After all，many useful books are written in English.Most importantly，by knowing more about the world，we can expand our horizons.
All in all，whether the English mark is reduced or not，I hold the opinion that we should learn English.I hope that all students can use English freely.
