Last July I took part in a farm-work programme in the suburbs.Upon arriving at the farm，I quickly threw myself into hands-on work in the fields，picking up watermelons and moving them to a warehouse all morning.While working，I realized how hard it was to work in the fields under the hot sun and what "every grain on the plate comes from hard work" really meant.
Tiring and laborious as the work is，I find the value of labor and the joy of working.
